When you submit a dealer application, bulk enquiry or contact message, we collect the business details you provide — business name, GST number, contact person, phone, email, address and any requirements or design references you attach. We also keep standard server logs for security.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, verify your business for trade terms, and manage our ongoing partnership — quotations, order updates and catalogue releases. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How it is stored
Enquiry data is stored securely in our business systems and is accessible only to our trade and administration teams. Uploaded design references are used only to prepare your quotation.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete your business information at any time by writing to sales@shivendram.com. We retain records required for GST and accounting compliance for the statutory period.
