Terms of Service
The terms that govern wholesale enquiries and trade with us.
Trade-only supply
Shivendram Jewels is a jewellery manufacturer and wholesaler. Products listed on this site are supplied to registered businesses — retailers, distributors, exporters and franchise partners — and are not offered for direct consumer sale. Product listings, weights and specifications are indicative and confirmed at quotation.
Pricing & quotations
Wholesale pricing follows the prevailing daily gold rate plus making charges and applicable GST, and is confirmed only in a written quotation. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them; the metal-rate component may be re-priced if rates move before confirmation.
Orders, minimums & delivery
Minimum order quantities, lead times and delivery schedules are agreed per order. Dispatch is fully insured; risk transfers on delivery against signed receipt. Hallmarking certificates and GST invoices accompany every consignment.
Dealer accounts
Dealer registration is subject to business verification, including GSTIN. We may decline or discontinue trade accounts at our discretion. Trade terms, credit and pre-book allocations are agreed individually and confirmed in writing.
Intellectual property
Designs, photography and catalogues on this site remain the property of Shivendram Jewels and may be used by partners only to market genuine Shivendram inventory.
